2010 PRICE GUIDE AND BOOKING DETAILS

Electricity usage to both apartments is  metered and an allowance of  50 Kw units  per week  is included in your holiday cost.  For the majority of guests, this will mean there is nothing extra to pay.  Usage above that  level will be charged at cost, ie, the price being charged by the electricity supplier.

The night storage heating is  included without extra charge in the early and late season (until mid May and after mid September).

Booking Terms and Conditions:

1) The apartment is to be used as a private holiday residence for the occupation only of the persons specified on the booking form.

2) The period of hire is from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

3) You, the hirer[s] of the accommodation, agree:

[a] to notify the proprietor of any breakage or damage and  re-imburse him prior to departure.

[b] to leave the apartment  in a clean and tidy state on departure

[c] that your car is at parked at the property at your own risk and your personal possessions are left on the premises at your own risk.

4) Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment

5) The proprietor may cancel your booking if the apartment becomes unsuitable for occupation due to circumstances beyond his reasonable control, such as flood or fire damage. In such a situation a full refund will be made of all sums paid, but the proprietor will have no further liability to you.

6) A 20% deposit (minimum £50) should be made with each booking and the full balance is payable 6 clear weeks before commencement of the hire period. If payment is not received by the due date, the proprietor may treat your booking as cancelled.

In the case of bookings within 6 weeks of the hire date, the full cost of the hire is payable  at  the time of booking.

7) Cancellation: There is a cancellation charge of £20 per week booked. If you cancel your reservation more than 3 calendar months before the arrival date in your booking, the balance of your deposit will be returned. If you cancel within 3 calendar months of the arrival date, you are liable to pay for the full hire cost if the apartment cannot be fully relet. The return of any monies paid, including the full balance, will be dependent on the successful re-letting of the apartment for the contracted period.

Holiday cancellation insurance is therefore recommended.
